Surveys
We are always looking to improve our card collections, designs and service. From time to time we ask customers to participate in ‘surveys’, often to assist us in the development of new designs, complete collections, service quality or web site facilities. Participation in these surveys is voluntary and you are under no obligation to take part. Should you choose to do so, however, we will treat the information you provide with the same high standard of care as all other visitor and customer information.

Email referral
This is a referral service designed to make it easy for visitors and customers to recommend us to a particular business, that they believe might be interested in our quality handmade and hand painted cards. This is a two-step process. First, a visitor or customer sends us the name and email address of the business they wish to refer, and secondly, we contact that business telling them who we are and invite them to take a look at what we have to offer. When we contact the business, we always advise them of the name and email address of who made the original referral . We will not use the details you provide for any other purpose.
